As written about in my previous blogs, the technology around Virtual Reality has already been incorporated into various fields outside of Video Gaming. From creating activist pieces featuring Syrian Refugees to the advent of Virtual Reality in Pornography, the limits of this technology is as wide as the human imagination.
Over the past two weeks, I had the extreme privilege to speak to Danielle Levac, Assistant Professor at Northeastern University’s Department of Physical Therapy, Movement and Rehabilitation Science. Danielle shared with me her work incorporating Virtual Reality to therapy, as well as her views on where this fairly new concept could go.
